It's because Homebrew101 was suggesting to do a Tag Search on "who the" which gives this result -
http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...hp?tag=who+the whereas you are searching on "the who" which gives this result -
http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...hp?tag=the+who When you do a tag search, it seems to look for the terms in the order you list them in (try "rolling stones" versus "stones rolling" and you will see no results for the second tag search).
